What is our Project about ?

The overall goal of our project is a cost-effective and complete automation of all machines of the Economic Line. The Economic Line is a dough processing machine, which can generate up to 500 pieces of dough in an hour.

At the moment all bigger product lines of WP Haton, which produce up to 10000 pieces of dough per hour, use automation technology from Siemens.

Because the costs for the Economic Line are most important for the success, the budget is limited to 7000 Euro. Further on all manual settings have to be replaced by software, which manage all needed motors and corresponding sensors.
